I’m always asked, as a florist, “What is your favorite flower?” That’s always a hard question to answer. Each flower is beautiful in it’s own special way from the texture to the scent. I have several favorite flowers, but my number one go to are Roses.
Why Roses? Well, for one, I can get them year-round in a variety of different colors and styles. Garden, spray roses, hybrid, spray, tea roses, etc.. just to name a few.

Roses are always a safe bet when creating floral recipes since there’s such a wide range of colors and they are normally quite economical for wedding arrangements. Tried and true, yes, but still a classic!
Not only are they beautiful, but they are typically quite hardy, even during the hottest of climates. My favorite shades are in the blush/champagne family. Perfect for wedding arrangements!

Roses aren’t for everyone and one might even consider my favorite to be a bit on the ‘typical‘ side. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and no matter what you consider beautiful, I am here to make it work!
